We have five offices located in different parts of Sacramento for your convenience. 
(Note: we no longer have an office in Folsom.)

Step 2: Call us at 916-876-5000 between 8:15 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to make an appointment.

Our friendly WIC staff will answer your questions about WIC and let you know what you need to bring to your first appointment. Most of our sites are open Monday through Friday, except as noted below:

Monday​

​Tuesday

​9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.: the first two Tuesdays of each month
8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: all remaining Tuesdays                  

​Wednesday

​8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

**Oak Park WIC closed on Fridays

 

Note: We close for lunch, County holidays, and occasional staff training days, so it is best to call first for an appointment. 

We offer two options for enrolling.

  • You may attend an informational class at the WIC office OR
  • You may watch the Welcome to WIC Video on your home computer.

Step 3: Bring all of the following to your WIC appointment:

  • Everyone you wish to enroll (yourself, your children)
  • Identification for everyone (photo i.d., birth certificate, etc.)
  • Proof of income (for example: pay stub, Medi-Cal card, unemployment benefits statement, etc.)
  • Proof of address (any document or piece of mail with your address)
